I've been moving as far back as I can remember. One of my earliest memories is of my mother lacing up my ballet slippers when I was the spritely age of three, and me running around, being a graceful ballerina! My family showed me the joy of being active, and we spent lots of time together running, hiking, cycling, or swimming.
My mother was a fitness instructor. I often attended her classes, and loved how she inspired her students. At the age of 16, I began teaching my first fitness class, and I've been involved in fitness ever since. My passion is to empower you to find your strongest self - physically, mentally, and spiritually - through fitness. With my fun and motivational style, you'll get the support you need to take your life to the next level!
My favorite fitness activity is running. I love to be outside in the sun, and exploring new pockets of the city that I've never seen before. I workout six days a week for 90 minutes. Variety is key to staying motivated and seeing continuous gains!
